Netscape Navigator 4.7

Click on "Edit" on the menubar at the top-left of your browser window, then click "Preferences...".

You will then have the Preferences window pop up. Click the cross next to "Roaming Access", and then "Item Selection". To enable cookies, tick the "Cookies" box as shown above.

Close Netscape Navigator and then re-launch the application. You will now be able to browse the site optimally.
