Internet Explorer 5

Click on "tools" on the menubar at the top-left of your browser window, then click "Internet Options...".

You will then have the Internet Options window pop up. Click the "Security" tab and then the "Custom Level" button.

Another window will pop up called "Security Settings". Click the "Enable" radio button for "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer", then do the same for "Allow per-session cookies".

Close Internet Explorer and then re-launch the application. You will now be able to browse the site optimally.
